Locations
Where your resources run.
Every resource belongs to a location (the API calls the list of locations regions). A server, its volumes, its private networks, floating IPs and load balancer targets must all be in the same location.

The list is public, no token needed:

odx location listA location's status is active, maintenance (temporarily not accepting new resources) or soldout (no capacity
for new resources). Creating a resource in a location that cannot take it fails with 503 resource_unavailable.
Prices are set per location: both /server_types and /pricing
list a price for each location.
