How billing works

One balance in euros, whichever way you pay

Every top-up lands in the same prepaid balance. Usage is charged from it hour by hour, and you always see what is left.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cards and wallets through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Revolut Pay, Bancontact, EPS), and crypto: USDT (TRC20) and TRX on the TRON network.

Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?

Not as a regular option. Odinex is prepaid: you top up a balance by card or crypto and usage is charged from it.

In which currency is my balance?

Always in euros. Crypto top-ups are converted at the rate locked when you start the payment.

What happens when my balance runs out?

We warn you by email when it runs low and when it is used up. After 24 hours at or below zero, servers are powered off; if the balance is still not positive 14 days later, billable resources are deleted. Topping up before then lifts the suspension.

Can I get money back?

A card top-up is refunded on request only if none of it has been used; otherwise the remaining balance stays on your account as credit. Crypto top-ups are non-refundable.
